TIM, Shoretel & Transition Systems took Cebu by storm: An exclusive event on next generation Enterprise Telephony and Collaboration System

Total Information Management (TIM) Corporation in collaboration with Shoretel Philippines and Transition Systems took Cebu by storm last May 20th at the Mandarin Plaza Hotel. The event was well attended by IT / business managers & executives coming from different industries - hotel & leisure, education, gaming, financial services, public sector and BPO (among others).


The event was opened by TIM’s Acting President, Mr. Sunver Bastes, who talked about TIM’s continued commitment to deliver cost-effective business and I.T. solutions to enterprises in Cebu as well as business recovery services coming out of Manila.

The rest of the event focused on how the enterprise unified communication solution of Shoretel (distributed by Transition Systems) can help organizations in Cebu become more productive, agile and responsive to their business needs. Ms. Ej Garcia, Country Sales Manager for Shoretel and Ms. Nina Bernardo, Marketing Manager for Transition Systems, equally shared their insights around having the right and cost-effective unified communication technology that is scalable to support different sizes of organizations in different industries. The whole day event was concluded with a live demonstration of the product which truly caught the attention of the audience.
